Andy Williams personally designed and helped to create the Moon River Theatre. He visited Branson and returned to build a $12 million state of the art theatre he eventually named the Andy Williams Moon River Theatre. Moon River opened its doors on May 1, 1992. Andy had become the first non-country performer to open a theatre in Branson. And thanks to his ground breaking decision, other non-country performers and theme shows began to move in to the tiny town that would soon be known as the live music capital of the world. Many prominent, world renowned performers have set foot on this stage and now hosts Master Illusionist Rick Thomas in one of the largest magic productions in the world!

Newer to the Branson scene, Hot Hits Theatre is located in downtown, old town with a more personal and up-close feel to the audience during all of the performances. Tributes to Ladies of Motown, James Brown, Marvin Gaye, Steve Wonder, and more are popular in the hit show Motown Downtown. DooWop tributes are also performed in the theater, including Johnny Moore's 1962 Drifters, Etta James, Aretha Franklin, and Jerry Butler to name just a few.

The Caravelle Theatre, had a long history in Branson and has hosted many iconic stars from Moe Bandy, Yakov, and Jim Stafford to Anita Bryant. With over 800 seats, every member of the audience had an incredible view of the performance. The theater had setbacks and did not reopen in 2021. It is permanently closed and future plans to be announced. .

Dolly Parton’s Stampede is an extraordinary dinner show with thirty-two magnificent horses and a cast of top-notch riders. The Americana Theatre features award winning live musical shows and performers in Branson Missouri! Originally built in 1973 by Rosie and Darrell Plummer, the Plummer Family Theater was the 3rd live country music theater on Branson's famous Highway 76 strip. The theater was later renamed the Moe Bandy - Americana Theatre where Moe Bandy played nightly for many years.

Beginning the family business over 58 years ago in 1959, Branson's Famous Baldknobbers moved to their very own theater, Branson's Famous Theatre. This new theater and stage offer new amenities and a better venue to continue watching Branson's Famous Baldknobbers grow. Reza "Edge of Illusion" also performs weekly at this venue.

The Dutton Family Theater Complex contributes to the unique theater atmosphere that brings Branson to life. The Dutton Show adds a little extra flare and a lot of superb talent to the theater district with its phenomenal performances. The 1094's production of All Hands on Deck is a staple in this theater and the Morace Family Show - Listen to the Music started in the theater in 2021. The Dutton Theater was originally Box Car Willie’s and one of the first country stars to have a theater in Branson.

Although scheduled for demolition in 2022, this theater was an icon during the booming 1990's. Jim Stafford purchased this theater early in that decade from the local Lowe family and his was one of the most popular shows for years. Around 2013, Jim retired and left the theater, but was hired to play there again performing his famous comical hits and thrilling classical guitar. The theater has been sold and a new attraction is expected in 2022 in its place.

The award winning shows at the King's Castle Theatre are produced and created by David King who is one of England's most respected international producers. David is responsible for the world wide smash hit "Spirit of the Dance" as well as many other famous shows. Enjoy the numerous shows that King has brought to this enormous, state of the art theater. Originally it was the Bobby Vinton Blue Velvet Theater, then sold and became the Branson Variety Theater (using and not changing the BVT logo from Bobby Vinton Theater) then the leap day tornado of 2012 severely damaged the front. Redoing the front gave them a chance to rename it to King's Castle.

Semi-retired country legend Mickey Gilley still performs at his very own theater that is now shared with the Amazing Acrobats of Shanghai and the official theater is a mix of Texas and China: the Mickey Gilley Grand Shanghai Theater. If you enjoy country music classics, comedy routines and excellent showmanship Mickey is the man and he partners with Johnny Lee for an Urban Cowboy flashback. The theater is also now home to the Amazing Acrobats are stunning a perfect show for families or those looking for something besides music!

The 210-seat Little Opry Theatre hosts live shows that offer are up close and personal, every seat is the best seat in the house! The theatre hosts the longest running theatrical musical in town, "Smoke on the Mountain," where you're the congregation of a 1938 Baptist Church in this gospel comedy. "Sons of Britches," "The Petersen Family Bluegrass Band" and tributes to greats such as George Jones also perform throughout the week.

Deemed the "hottest show in Branson" as well as one of the most family-friendly, Pierce Arrow Theater offers an elaborate live show filled with immense talent. The Presley’s Country Jubilee was the second music show in Branson and back in 1967, they built the first LIVE music theatre on the now famous 76 strip. Today, the Presley Theatre is a Branson Landmark, and the Presley family is still here entertaining audiences with a one-of-a-kind mix of country, gospel, bluegrass and hilarious comedy!

Harold Bell Wright's world-famous 'Shepherd of the Hills' book started tourism in Branson in 1907 and is adapted for stage and brought to life under the stars in Branson's premiereoutdoor amphitheatre. But it's not just a show, it's an experience of how life was in a powerful story. Sight & Sound's unique theater experience begins with a 2,000 seat auditorium, a 300-ft stage that surrounds the audience on three sides, state-of-the-art technology and live animals. The Starlite Theatre is no more but it had a five-story glass atrium with 19,560 feet of glass encasing a downtown street and was one of Branson's most technologically-advanced theaters. Today it is even more advanced and has been converted to the Beyond the Lens attraction and arguably one of the best places to visit in town for wow!

Branson's Majestic Theatre offers an unmatched LIVE entertainment and show-going experience for visitors. At 3000 theater seats, The Mansion Theater is the largest of its kind in Branson, MO, which opens the door to new entertainment opportunities that we simply could not accommodate in the past. Seating 1,038 on the Floor, 910+ in the Mezzanine section, and 985+ in the Balcony. The Mansion's lobby is spacious with a soaring ceiling, magnificent staircase, and beautiful ambiance.

The Tribute Theater closed its doors in 2020, but housed legendary musical talents in its day with shows Credence Clearwater Revival, the Eagles, and more. Future plans are yet to be announced.

Welk Theatre in Branson has hosted some of the most popular music artists and live shows of all time! Originally the Charlie Pride Theater, the White House is now closed and awaiting a permanent show but boasts one of the most impressive facilities that you will find anywhere in the area. The White House Theatre has some of the largest areas for hosting and entertaining visitors to be found in the region. In addition to the stage and performance area, the building has special facilities that are able to cater to meals, meetings, or other special events and can be rented for such events.

The Yakov Smirnoff Theatre remains one of the top theaters in Branson, Missouri for travelers wanting to catch an entertaining show! Yakov Smirnoff performed for 20+ years, took a break and came back in 2021 performing in his own theatre that was originally built by Mel Tillis. The famous Russian comedian now has a full schedule for all of his fans and for those wanting a big laugh!
